If, for any reason whatsoever, you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right to get a full refund on your item purchased within 2 days from the date on which you ordered on our website. You will not be able to exchange a product or service for another one.

Refundable products

• Monthly membership fees will be refunded for the current month and recurring will be stopped once the request is received.
• The monthly membership or monthly fees are:
  • Upgraded websites: gold package, diamond package
  • Data traffic upgrades: +10Gb/month, +25Gb/month, +50Gb/month
  • Hosting space upgrades: +100Mb/month, +250Mb/month, +500Mb/month.
  • The refund for membership services will contain 100% the amount paid.

  Non-refundable products

  • Credits (or credit packages) purchased cannot be refunded but can be used inside of the system to purchase any other product/service. These credit packages are: 20 credits ($20), 50 credits ($50), 100 credits ($100).
  • All other products that are different from membership or monthly fees are non refundable.
  • We cannot refund monthly membership fees from previous months.
  • Shipping costs as well as any duties, taxes and fees you have paid for the delivery of the purchased products or services shall not be refunded.

  Refund Times and Procedures

  Refund times will depend on the credit or debit card company’s policies. We would like to assure you, however, that the currency date for the credit will coincide with the date of the original payment, therefore you will not be charged any interest fees.
