This new feature on EscortSite.com called Auctions allows your members to bid for your items until the one who wins the auction, gets the item. To access the Auctions, you need to click on the Modules area in the main menu, then on the Modules section and then scroll down until you find the Auctions module and activate it. To activate a module, you need to click on the Start module icon that you can find on the same row as the module name.  Once it is activated, here's how the Auctions module works:
There are four tabs in the Auctions module. The first tab refers to the Active Auctions and the message that is displayed before you create your first auction lets you know that you don't have any personal auctions and shows you where to go to create your first auction. All you need to do is click on the Here button. It will get you to the New Auction tab, where you can create your very first auction. Choose a Name and add a Description for your new auction - let your members know why and what have you decided to let them bid on - then choose the auction type. There are two possible types to choose from: Standard and Blind. The standard auction is a normal auction, where any user can see how much the others bid and which item is the most bid for, whereas the blind auction is an auction where no one knows. After choosing your auction type, fill in the starting price, but also the price at which you would be willing to sell the item instantly. After that, set your auction duration. Your range is between 3 and 30 days - that's the time your auction will be open for your members. Finally, you need to upload up to 5 auction images and set the types of members that will have access to your auction. Don't forget to click on the Save button after you're done. The Settings tab refers to the page on your website where you would like your auctions to be displayed and the Expired Auctions tab contains all the previously active auctions that have simply expired because no one bid anything during the time they were open.
